Jamylate is owned and operated by Quoship LLC, a registered company in the United States (Company Number: 2026-001937733) with its office at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, US.

1. The Contract Between Us

When you complete your checkout, you are making an offer to purchase goods from us. This does not form a binding contract until we dispatch your order and send a shipping confirmation email. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to decline or cancel an order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

2. Pricing, Currency & Taxes

All prices for our footwear and accessories are listed and will be processed in United States Dollars (USD). While we strive for accuracy, pricing errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. You will have the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

Sales tax, where applicable, is not included in the displayed price. It will be calculated based on your shipping address and added to your order total during the final checkout step, ensuring full cost transparency before you confirm your purchase.

3. Payment

We accept payments through the secure methods offered via Shopify Payments. By completing your purchase, you confirm that the payment method used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner to use it. Jamylate does not collect or store your full payment card details; all transactions are securely processed by our payment gateway provider.

4. Product Curation & Availability

Our collection is a thoughtful curation of pieces from iconic houses and emerging artisans. All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that an item will be in stock. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you promptly and refund you for the full amount of the unavailable item.

We have made every effort to display the colors, materials, and details of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will perfectly reflect the true character of the product upon delivery.

5. Shipping & Title Transfer

We currently offer complimentary shipping on all orders within the United States. Our team carefully prepares each order for dispatch within 2–7 business days (Monday to Friday). Once shipped, transit typically takes an additional 2–5 days.

6. Returns & Refunds

We hope you are delighted with your selection. If not, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original, unworn, and undamaged condition with all original packaging and tags intact.

Please note that you will be responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3 business days. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming to resolve any legal matter arising from these terms.
